Returns & Cancellations

In the case that the wrong product was shipped to you or the product was damaged during shipping:-

  1. Take a photo of the product you received 
  2. Email us immediately (within 48 hours of receiving the product) with your name, phone number and the product you ordered
  3. Wait for our team to contact you (within 24-48 business hours)

If you wish to cancel or change an order that has been placed for whatever reason, the order may be cancelled so long as it has not been processed yet.

If the order has already been processed we will be unable to cancel it.
